This refreshing and uplifting blend combines the cleansing power of lemon, the calming scent of lavender, and the cooling clarity of peppermint. Ideal for clearing the air, easing tension, and promoting mental clarity and relaxation.
All essential oils offer antibacterial, antiseptic, and antifungal properties.
How to use:
• Add 5–6 drops to a diffuser, oil burner, or vaporiser
• Use 10 drops in bath water
• Dilute 15 drops in 30ml of carrier oil for massage
Note: This blend contains peppermint essential oil, which may be unpleasant or overstimulating for dogs and cats. Use with caution around pets.
