Distilled from the plant Lavandula angustifolia, the oil promotes relaxation and believed to treat anxiety, fungal infections, allergies, depression, insomnia, eczema, nausea, and menstrual cramps.

All essential oils have anti-bacterial, anti-septic and anti-fungal properties.

Use 5-6 drops in diffuser, oil burner or vaporizer.

Usage: 10 drops in bath water.

Dilute: 15 drops to 30ml carrier oil for massage.
