Wintergreen reduces muscle and nerve pain.? We use this in our Arnica Sports Massage Oil. It helps to reduce blood pressure, arthritis/rheumatism, is an anti-inflammatory.? Grown in China.

All essential oils have anti-bacterial, anti-septic and anti-fungal properties.

Use 5-6 drops in diffuser, oil burner or vaporiser.

Usage: 10 drops in bath water.

Dilute: 15 drops to 30ml carrier oil for massage.
