Wintergreen Essential Oil

It also supports relief from arthritis and rheumatism, and may assist in lowering blood pressure and promoting circulatory health.
With its cooling, minty aroma, Wintergreen helps to ease physical tension and promote a sense of relaxation and comfort after exertion.
All essential oils have antibacterial, antiseptic, and antifungal properties.
How to use:

Diffuser/Oil Burner/Vaporiser: 5–6 drops

Bath: 10 drops in bathwater

Massage: Dilute 6 drops in 30ml of carrier oil
- 15ml
NOTE: Avoid using around pets
